I Don't play any games with bearish engulphing candle stick bars coupled with big volume. I got hurt by them on more than one occasion saying "this one might be different" and they are hardly every different, and you'll go broke before you find the one that's "different."
I'm no seasoned trader but the advantage of a seasoned trader is having and sticking to a set of rules. Some things I learned from my mistakes, others I learned from others mistakes. I paper traded for 2 years making a LOT of mistakes. My main two were buying too early and selling too late so this is what I still concentrate on today a year and a half after trading real money.
If and when $REE and $MCP get down to the 34 period moving average on a daily or weekly and bounce back on volume I'll be looking to get back in. Even if they reverse back up before then on good volume I'll be looking to get back in, until then I'm out. No questions asked and no hard feelings.
